Parenthood is a sacred journey but not necessarily an easy one.
One of my greatest passions is helping parents gain footing and build confidence as they nurture and guide their offspring,
Parenting is not just about what we do – it’s also about who we are.
As a Parent Coach, I help parents understand this first – then I help them develop skills that strengthen their relationships with their children.
MY PASSION
My passion for working with parents and children can be traced back to my own formative years. Whether it was working as a college intern for Mr. Rogers at Family Communications or many years later as the Director of Early Childhood Services for a large non-profit organization, I am an educator at heart. The reason? I get excited about human flourishing. Whether it’s educating young children, teachers or parents, I like helping others grow and reach their potential.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
My educational background includes a BA in Child Development and a Masters in Education along with two separate Parent Coaching certificates. And while my formal education has enhanced my professional knowledge – my most compelling learning has occurred within the “school of life.” Not just raising my own three children, but also the daily and not so common challenges that have rocked my world, made me vulnerable and helped me to appreciate our shared humanity.
